Free UK Shipping and Returns
All orders for delivery in the UK are shipped free of charge as standard.
We also offer 30 day free returns on all UK orders.
You can buy our clothes safe in the knowledge that we’ll take them back if they aren't right for you (as long as they are unworn, unwashed and fully resalable). All the risk and cost is on us.
Our suggestion is that you should use the free shipping option wherever possible.
All UK shipping options are tracked and require a signature on delivery.
UK Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We ship using a variety of third party couriers, but normally use Royal Mail 48 Tracked and Signed.
Our fulfillment centre chooses the best option at the time of dispatch and you cannot select a preference for the method of free delivery at checkout.
You should assume that both the Royal Mail 48 Tracked and Signed and our other standard tracked and signed free UK services will normally be delivered within 48 hours (2 business days) of your order being placed. That’s the aim of both us and the delivery services we rely on.
Orders placed before 4pm are usually dispatched on the day of order. You should assume that orders placed after 4pm will be dispatched the next business day.
There may, of course, be a delay due to the delivery service, but you will be able to track your parcel with the tracking details you will be sent when your parcel is dispatched.
Next Day Delivery
If next day delivery is absolutely required, you can choose priority shipping using ‘DPD Next Day’, which is an additional cost.
Orders using the DPD Next Day priority service must be placed before 4pm.
Although the DPD service is termed 'Next Day', it remains possible that it may take more than 24 hours to reach you. This is outside our control and down to the dispatch times from our fulfillment centre and the terms offered by DPD.
If you opt to pay the additional charge for next day delivery but are ordering after 4pm, we cannot guarantee that your order will be delivered next day. Our fulfillment centre will try to accommodate next day delivery for orders received after 4pm, but these cannot be guaranteed.
Whilst we do our best to ship your order on the day you order or the day after, please allow up to three business days for us to fulfill your order and issue you a notification of dispatch when using our free standard shipping.
You will receive an email notifying you that your order is on its way the moment it leaves our fulfillment centre along with a tracking number wherever possible.
Once you receive your dispatch notification, you should expect your package within 2 business days, but do please allow for some short delay.
Please note that while our fulfillment centre will issue you a tracking number once we have sent out your package, you may not be able to track your package immediately. You must wait until your package is scanned in by the relevant shipping service for tracking to activate.
We ship anywhere in the World using a variety of options.

Our international shipping options are charged at a flat rate.
Rates are exclusive of taxes, duties, and customs fees.
All of our international shipping options require that the customer or person stated as the recipient of the delivery is responsible for customs duties and taxes.
We are not able to determine import taxes, as they depend on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the country of shipping destination and product price.
We cannot guarantee international delivery time as it depends on how efficient the customs process in your country is at the relevant time.
All international packages are trackable once they leave our fulfillment centre and are scanned by the courier service.
All international packages require a signature on delivery.
Return shipping is free within the UK.
If you’re returning from overseas, we ask that you cover the cost.

But, the bottom line is that we offer a 30 day no questions full money back guarantee. We will refund or exchange any order as long as it is unworn, unwashed and resalable. And if you're in the UK, we will pay the cost of return.
This is intended to cover any defects in our clothes or if you have a change of mind. It is not intended to cover people returning clothes they have worn or damaged in everyday wear. We just ask that you’re sensible and don’t send us back something we can’t resell and so would have to reject.
We think that’s fair.
Our whole philosophy is that if something isn't right with something you've bought from us, we want to know about it. We are trying to make superb quality clothes that are what you want to buy. If we fail, then we will fix it.
